(There is magic in this world and sorcerers, and that magic and its use are blasphemy for the one who does it, believing in it, beneficial and harmful without God’s permission)
Magic fact
Scholars have disputed the reality of magic and its types: and most say: it may affect the death of the bewitched، Some claim it was just an imagination.
They all agreed that what was of the kind of calling the seven planets, or others, or their speech, or prostrating to them, and approaching them with the appropriate clothes, rings, incense, and so on, is kufr, and it is one of the greatest doors of shirk.، It must be closed, even blocked. It is of the kind of people of Abraham, peace be upon him, and this is why he said what God narrated about him by saying: {He looked at the stars - and he said that I am sick} [Al-An'am: 76] verses, to the Almighty, 's saying: {Those who believe and do not wear their faith in the injustice of those have security and are converted} [Al-An'am: 82].
They all also agreed that for every ruqyah, ta'zeem, or oath, in which there is polytheism in Allah, it is not permissible to speak it, even if the jinn or others obey it. Likewise, every word that contains disbelief is not permissible to speak, as well as words that do not know their meaning, not He speaks it, because there may be a trap in it that is not known. This is why the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: On him and he said: "There is nothing wrong with ruqyah unless you are a shirk.".
It is not permissible to seek refuge with the jinn, God has vilified the disbelievers for that, and the Almighty said: {And that men of mankind were seeking refuge with men of the jinn, so they increased their fatigue} [Jinn: 6], They said: If the human descends in the valley, he says: I seek refuge in the great of this valley from its fools, and he stays in security and neighborhood until it becomes, {so they increased their fatigue} [Jinn: 6] means the human being to the jinn, by seeking refuge with them, fatigue, that is, sin, tyranny, boldness, and evil, And that is because they said: We have blocked the jinn and the human! The jinn grows in themselves and increases in infidelity if humans treat them with this treatment. The Almighty has said: {And the day He will gather them all and then say to the angels, "Are these you who used to worship - they said, Glory be to you and Lina without them, but they used to worship the jinn, most of them are believers} [Al-An'am: 128].
The medial enjoyment of the genie in meeting his needs, complying with his orders, telling him something of the absences, and so on, and the jinn enjoying the human being: glorifying him, seeking help from him, distress, and submission to him.
And the words of Allah, may He be exalted: {And they have taught to those who bought it what is creative in the Hereafter} 1, and His saying {They believe in the gibbet and the tyrant}.
Omar said: "The juggernaut is magic, and the tyrant is the devil".
Jaber said: "The tyrants are soothsayers on whom Satan used to descend, in every single neighborhood".
It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Avoid the seven blessed ones. They said: O Messenger of Allah, what are they? He said: Shirk in Allaah, witchcraft, killing the soul that Allaah has forbidden except by truth, eating usury, eating the wealth of an orphan, taking over the day of crawling, and throwing away the inattentive believing women."
Magic in language: a phrase that is hidden and the kindness of its cause, and this is why it says in the hadith: "It is from the statement to magic." Suhoor is called Suhoor because it falls hidden at the end of the night. And the Almighty said: {Bewitch the eyes of the people}, that is, hide their knowledge from them. Since magic is one of the types of shirk, as magic does not come without it, this is why it says in the hadith: "Whoever has magic has shirk." Al-Musannaf included it in the book "Al-Tawhid" to show this as a warning against it, as mentioned by other types of polytheism.
Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi said in al-Kafi: Magic: wills, sophistication, and knots that affect hearts and bodies, so they get sick, kill, and divide... A person and his wife, and take one of the spouses from his owner. Allah Almighty said: {They learn from them what they differentiate between a person and his wife}, and Glory be to Him said: {Say I seek refuge in the Lord of the Falaq} to his saying: {And from the evil of the jets in the contract} means the witches who hold in their magic and breathe in their contract, and if it were not for the fact that magic did not order to seek refuge from it.
'Aisha narrated: "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was so charming that he thought that he was doing something and what he was doing, and that one day he said to her: 'Two kings came to me and one sat at my head and the other at my feet.' He said, "What is the pain of a man?" He said: Matboub. He said: Who healed him? He said: Labid ibn 'Asam in a comb and a comb in the dryness of a male sortie in the well of Dhi Arwan.". Narrated by al-Bukhari.
